This link was shared on the Atkinsfriends.com message board and I think it has helped me visualize my goal on my on-going quest of weight loss. It's easy and even fun to do. All you do is register to the site and you can start creating your own virtual model using characteristics from your own body. Creating your own virtual model is simple. You go through a process of steps and you will be asked to enter your weight. The trick is that you have to be honest with yourself. As the pounds start dropping, you can modify your model to reflect the weight you've loss, and you can even set a goal for yourself, but when setting your goal, you must be realistic.

I have found this to be a fun and helpful tool and hope you feel the same!

WENDY'S - Grilled Chicken Sandwich, 300 cal/7g fat
